The crucible
The Crucible is a competitive activity in Eyes Up that pits Guardian against Guardian in an effort to gain more glimmer and hone their skills in combat. There are several special events that take place in the regular Crucible's stead: The Iron Banner, and The Trials of Osiris. The Crucible is overseen by Lord Shaxx. The Prison of Elders is the only event that stands alone; overseen by Variks.
• To enter the Crucible, you can either message Lord Shaxx or make a thread in the Crucible if you have a team picked out.
• You can also set up a private match if you want to face off against someone without a fireteam.
• The maximum number of participants can be six, three on each team, though there can be exceptions if pre-approved.
• There will be annual Crucible events and each participant will receive Glimmer and items. To sign up for such events, message Lord Shaxx.
• You may choose to have your match randomized by a simulator. Those who choose this will get a small bonus of glimmer.
The Iron Banner
The Iron Banner, while overseen by Lord Shaxx, is typically run by Lord Saladin and Lady Efrideet. It is a rigorous event that lasts one week. Every participant will receive more glimmer and items than for the usual Crucible match.
• Fireteams consist of three Guardians and will be randomized upon start. There is no guarantee who you will be paired up with.
• The match types can and most likely will be randomized. It is to keep the Iron Banner matches interesting.
• The matches will be judged by Lady Efrideet and Lord Shaxx. Whatever team they declare as the winner will be crowned victorious. There will be no favoritism with the judging.

THE TRIALS OF OSIRIS
Trials of Osiris is a rigorous and brutal event that is overseen by Osiris and Brother Vance. It consists of multiple matches, a total of nine. If one gets to all nine wins without a single loss, they shall receive a gift from Osiris himself, but be warned, only three losses and you are out of the running and are required to start over.
• As stated above, only nine matches will be held for the fireteams. Those who lose three times must start over, purchasing another pass from the shop. These passes are 50 glimmer.
• With flawless victories, the first fireteam will be mentioned as the Tirals OTM, and get a prize just like any other flawless victories .
•Trials will only be held once a month, so if you wish to participate, you must be active during the time of the Trials or you will be considered a forfeit and will not be refunded your glimmer, unless you message a staff member with a reason for not being active.

The Prison of Elders
Another option for a match-making game is the Prison of Elders, a match in which three people will fight through hordes of enemies to get to a boss and be rewarded with great treasures. The loot at the very end will be randomized items from the shops and the bosses shall be ones from the game itself.
• To get into the Prison of Elders simply make a post in the Prison and tag the staff as well as the member of your fireteams to proceed.
• The bosses shall be randomized and the prison will have the three rounds leading up to the boss, total defeat of all guardians will result in restarting the matches.
